At Burnt Smokehouse, we take pride in delivering premium-quality beef tallow products. Due to the nature of our goods, all items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.
Food Safety & Returns
As our products are consumable, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy complies with UK food safety regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Once verified, we will offer:

A full refund to your original payment method
In certain cases, we may not require the item to be returned and will resolve the issue immediately to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping details provided at checkout, or missed deliveries. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Refund Processing

Cancellations
